Although Bio-Care’s primary focus is assisting organizations with OSHA regulated compliance practices we also offer services that enhance employee health and safety. With the onslaught of Covid-19 companies have had to implement new surveillance practices and Bio-Care has played a role in assisting many organizations with those efforts.

Once you have selected Bio-Care as your testing partner; our staff will support your regulatory program by working with you to determine testing services and provide you with pricing and scheduling recommendations.

Once your testing program is defined and implemented, future testing for organization will become easier. Three months prior to annual or bi-annual program, you will be contacted by us to begin work on scheduling your next round of testing.

You will also receive email notifications concerning your program service agreement and emails notifications prior to your testing date to affirm your program.

Most compliance testing frequency is defined by regulatory requirement. Bio-Care sales and operations team members can assist you with developing your program and provide suggested testing frequencies during your initial program evaluation.

Our onsite staff will contact the client testing coordinator for your program prior to arrival at your work site. Our trucks and personnel will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled testing start time in order to setup. Once testing is completed, the onsite staff will inform the onsite client contact that testing has been completed prior to leaving the site.

We provide many payment arrangements for our clients. Your service agreement overviewing your testing program will indicate your selected payment method. It is important to note that Bio-Care does not bill Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance.

Bio-Care has many clients with multiple worksites. Our planning and operations team members can assist you with your onsite testing program needs for locations outside of our general testing territories.
